Our client is the UK’s largest B2B media business for the hair, beauty, spa and aesthetic sector with a portfolio of world recognised events, magazines and online platforms.


Their industry leading awards culminate in globally recognised black tie awards ceremonies in London’s Park Lane. Supporting the Awards team from launch through to the judging process and the night itself, the successful applicant will also assist at our exhibitions.

They are looking for an exceptional candidate who can combine these organisational duties with the administrative skills to support their busy sales team. This would include management of their sales CRM system (for which they would provide training). With the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, this role is critical to the delivery of their events, magazines and websites.

Skills required

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Team player

  • Strong organisational ability

  • PC literate

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects

Experience required

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Event experience preferable but not essential

  • A good understanding of Word, Excel, Powerpoint

The hours are 9am - 5.30pm.
